- BOOKING POLICY -

  • All Clients must be 18 years or older and photo ID must be shown at your first appointment to prove your age.

  • I reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client for any reason.

  • Bookings must be completed via the booking site and deposits must be paid to secure your booking.

  • I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within this time window will result in your deposit being lost. In these circumstances deposits are non-transferrable.

- CANCELLATION, AMENDMENTS & DEPOSIT POLICY -

  • For all Aesthetics, Beauty and Permanent Makeup treatments fixed deposit for each service/treatment is required to secure your appointment.

  • For all Aesthetics Treatments (including Skin Boosters, Anti-Wrinkle Injections, Dermal Fillers, Lip Enhancements and Dissolving) a non-refundable fixed deposit is required for each service in order to secure your booking.  Please understand that products are ordered in especially for you and your deposit covers this cost. Some products like Botulinum Toxin are prescription items specifically prescribed in your name so cannot be used for other clients. As a small business I do not hold lots of stock so skin boosters and dermal fillers are ordered in especially for you. Therefore, deposits for all aesthetics treatments are strictly non-refundable. 

  • Deposits for Beauty and Permanent Makeup treatments are strictly non refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled the day you are due to attend, full payment (the total balance of your treatments booked) will be required before booking any future appointments.

- TIME KEEPING -

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 10+ minutes late you may be turned away due to not having sufficient time to complete your treatment(s) in the time given and to the high standard that I pride myself on.

- CONSULTATION FORMS -

  • Consultation forms must always be thoroughly read and completed prior to your appointment.

  • All information and guidelines given prior to your Permanent Makeup treatment or Aesthetic treatment must be followed. If not I reserve the right to refuse treatment and your deposit may be lost.

  • It is the responsibility of each client to read and understand all consent forms, the terms and conditions and relevant procedure information as well as being compliant with aftercare as advised.

  • Formal identification to be presented to practitioner before appointments, all treatments are for over 18’s only.

  • If the client is more than 15 minutes late then the appointment will be deemed a ‘no-show’ and deposit retained.

- CHILD SUPERVISION -

  • Due to the nature of my treatments I am not insured to have children on the premises. If you arrive with children you will be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your deposit. I apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
